Sun is shining , the weather is sweet..Thanks for the title!
Stole the title from a friend's Facebook status, sums today up perfectly! We managed to finish a load of projects this morning, and by 11am we were twiddling our thumbs, so we decided to have an impromptu, trip into our local Town, which turned into a trip to the local cathedral, museum and pub lunch as well! Love it, Oh we finished off the day by doing a science project which made 2 liquids turn into solid jelly worms, The Boys were thrilled..and lastly, we started to make a paper mache moon.

More half term fun.
Coming to the end of half term, Daddy has been off for 2 weeks as well, we have had great fun, and popped down to the dickens festival. We did a spot of geocaching, which is essentially finding "treasure" by locating it via coordinates. People place them all over the world for others to find, it's normally just a rolled-up bit of paper to find and sign but it's fun as it gets you out and you find new areas you haven't seen before..plus it's free! Join us here http://www.geocaching.com/, and we visited the Medway queen, a docked light ship boat.

Holiday fun and a very wet camping trip!
3 nights camping in a wet campsite right next to a major A road, was not great fun but we made the most of it and the boys loved it, Thanks to the nanny for taking us! We went to the Spinnaker Tower which I thought was very expensive for what it was, and the Fisbourne Roman Museum which was also about £20 for a family of 4 (under 5 free) but we were there for 2 hours instead of 30 minutes and there where many things for children to interact with as well. All in despite the rain and rubbish nighttime entertainment we had an enjoyable time!
